1. About Us
TranSecure Consulting Limited (“TranSecure”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a consulting firm registered in England and Wales, providing payment infrastructure, strategic marketing, and commodities brokerage advisory services. Our registered address is 124 City Road, London. EC1V 2NX.
2. Services
TranSecure provides the following categories of professional services to business clients:
- ▸Payment Services — Consulting, integration support, and infrastructure advisory for payment processing solutions. Where applicable, regulated payment activities are conducted in compliance with FCA requirements.
- ▸Marketing Solutions — Strategic marketing consultation, campaign planning, brand advisory, and digital growth services for financial and technology businesses.
- ▸Commodities Brokerage — Expert advisory and brokerage services for commodities trading, market analysis, and risk management strategy.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to:
- Registered businesses and corporate entities
- Individuals acting in a professional or business capacity
- Organisations that are 18 years of age or older
We do not provide services to individuals for personal, domestic, or household purposes. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees for our services are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of any engagement. Unless otherwise stated in a Service Agreement:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
- Late payments may attract interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
- All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Retainer fees are non-refundable once a month of service has commenced
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, templates, and know-how developed by TranSecure prior to or independently of any client engagement remain the exclusive property of TranSecure. Deliverables created specifically for a client under a signed Service Agreement are owned by the client upon full payment of all fees due.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of any Service Agreement for a period of five (5) years. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
7. Acceptable Use of Website
When using our website (transecurehub.com) you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
- Scrape, copy, or republish website content without written permission
- Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Impersonate TranSecure or its personnel
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranSecure's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services or website use shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TranSecure in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Disclaimers
Our website and any advisory content provided are for general information purposes only and do not constitute regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any decisions on the basis of information provided by TranSecure.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website and services immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose a risk to our reputation or operations.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
